what kind of mushrooms?

Every few months, probably quarterly but at least twice a year, I eat them for a week. I usually consume about 6 to 8 per day (maybe a few more, depending on intuition) ground up in a coffee grinder. If I have the patience I will put them in capsules as I have a manual capsule filling “jig”… but if I’m lazy I wrap the powder in a bit of unscented toilet paper, we it, and swallow it whole

Atzi, you swallow the toilet paper too? I have some apricot seeds and have eaten them in the past and definitely need to put them in a regimen to follow regularly. They are NASTY tasting – bitter. Maybe I could crush them up, put them on a teaspoon and swallow with an almond milk chaser.

You could also have been describing the Australian (lack of) health system. They regularly cook the books to make it look far better than it is. A major hospital here in Adelaide is regularly ramping ambulances outside with paramedics attending the sick. One lady nearly died just this weekend because she was left in an ambulance when they wouldn’t allow her into the hospital because of overcrowding. The ambulance ended up taking her to the major hospital in Adelaide, the RAH, but they were reluctant to take her because she was coming from another hospital. She is now fighting for her life. Just a commodity at the end of the day, the property of the other hospital it seems! Disgraceful!

Hope your step son continues to improve and he gets the other eye done before they do another cook of the books.

Just thinking out loud…

…Is that “they” (define as you will)use continual change to keep “we” (that would be we fuckers;-) off-balance.

Change is not by any measure good or bad, positive or negative.

It is not by default though a GOOD thing if it has no anchor point. With no anchor point change can be disguised as “progress” when it is anything but.

We are being continually distracted on many levels to remove us from our centre of power, which lays…funnily enough..at our true centre…

By facing ourselves and continually stripping away the falsity within OURSELVES, the adopted, engineered and most certainly deliberately falsified view of “reality” we are currently “viewing” can be observed from different angles.

One of those angles (it seems to me) is that it doesn’t actually matter if this reality we inhabit has been hijacked from it’s intended purpose (and therefore our intended experience), or whether we knowingly/deliberately and willingly participated.

It doesn’t matter because we don’t actually KNOW and it seems to me that trying to “know” on the level described is a fools errand down a dead-end track.

I think I have moss growing on me from being down the end of that particular track…

What matters is how we play on the field that we see…and it doesn’t matter what we see…it doesn’t matter what is true or real or right or wrong or good or bad even (necessarily)…because that is different for every individual on this planet regardless of any “unifying” traits like race or colour or religion etc…

What matters is how we treat others.

Hi Rhonda,

He is doing fine thanks. He has to take it easy for about 10 days which he hates as he is quite active. At present he needs to wear sunglasses all the time a the light is so bright to his eye. He must not exert himself so that the eye can repair.

They will look at fixing his other eye in a month or so, but as it is on the ‘National Health’ system he will have to go back into the queue and it coulkd be a further 6 months.

We have an insiduous government here in NZ that like to fudge the figures so they have passed legislation that if a hospital cannot complete surgery in 5 months (drops to 4 months in 2014), then they get a heafty fine.

The upshot is that any one on the waiting list that will not be completed in these dealines is automatically bumped OFF the waiting list so that it appears as though the waiting lists are both short and all surgery completed in quick time.

What a farce becuse everyone who is bumped off then needs to start all over again. For some people (the elderly in chonic pain)they are being told that their pain is not severe enough to warrant intervension, even though they can hardly get up out of their bed or seat.

This is what we get with PM Key who was known as “The smiling assasin” at Merrill Lynch in the USA when he worked there prior to coming back home to get given the PM’s job.

We are after all in a 3D realm which by universal definition is dualistic.

The important thing I think is to be aware of this dualism. One still treats everyone as being from SOURCE and hopefully I have not intentionally attacked anyone here. But I am aware that for my own ascension, I need to be cognisent of what I believe and what fetters are out there for me to overcome.

The one good thing to look forward to in either 4D or 5D is that there will be no deception of any sort as we will all be able to discern so much easier that we can right now.

So many times Neo has said something and then come back and said he was joking; he had to explain himself because no one would have gotten it. We are Americans, people who have been lied to and programmed to be consumers, pharmaceutical-dependent, and completely detached from food sources for generations. Sorry for butting in here but I wanted to say I have a Vitamix. I think it is much better than a juicer. Juicers only give you juice and you throw away the pulp from the fruit, quite often the most nutritious part of the fruit. A vitamix blends so fast that the pulp, peel in some fruits and seeds are also incorporated into the juice and you get the whole fruit. I know they are expensive but I think well worth the price I paid for it. Cleaning of the vitamix is a breeze and there is no mess other than cutting up the fruit initially. Of course the vitamix is so versatile also.

Building walls between the rich and the poor is imperative you know. Even if it’s just a gated community, the point needs to be made. Before we can save the world, we need to be sure the rich don’t lose a penny. Otherwise, they will continue to hold things up and just rely on their MLM pyramid scams to get them through. What the hell do they care?

And I think that’s what the so-called stalemate is about. Isn’t there something more they can get out of us before they ‘liberate’ us? They need to be sure it’s worth it – they can still live in their segregated South African communities (armed to the teeth of course).

Peace: I think the Western model was forced on everyone, disguised as something it is not made it palatable until it was too late. And now we’re all stuck in it. And some people seem to still find it palatable.

I cannot speak for him, but Benjamin went to Japan as an adult and later took Japanese nationality. I did the same here in the US. I have no regrets for the choices I made in my earlier years, but I realize I prefer to live in Japan for the remaining years of my life.

On the surface the Japanese people have accepted the Western ways of life if we look at what goes on the TV, but what goes on the TV is not what goes on in real life. Benjamin spoke to me about the hardships unique to him and his daughter by living there. It may be that he may be more comfortable living in his native country in Canada where he originated.

In so many ways, Japan was force fed the Western ways of life too quickly, so when I worked as a liaison for businesses in the US, I often felt being torn apart between two different mentalities that are not compatible to one another.

I hope whatever the changes being implemented, we will be able to chose where to live and what we will do to serve the fellow humans. We should not be shacked as slaves for the few demented “elites”. With all the human sufferings we have witnessed, I hope they are able to see that they cannot win by trying to take more from those who have lost almost everything.

Money is of no use to anyone IF IT DOES NOT CIRCULATE (MOVE AROUND) however way it goes. Stop the flow and you have a dead ISSUE like anything else, conversation, light, air.

I blocked certain phone calls to my cell phone, because the drama was just too much. They needed to take a break to give me a break and it was worth it, even when the contacts were my relatives and more so. There was no guilt, no anger, just stop it.

It’s been peaceful and my stress has subsided and going away.

I sent the info about drugs to my family and a friend here that takes far to many drugs..

She had a surgery last month and they were loading her up on codeine and she still had pain – so they over dosed her and she started to throw up. Finally she told them she didn’t want any more and quit taking all of it except Tylenol – her brain fog cleared and she was able to go home.

I don’t think she would have refused those drugs if I hadn’t been talking with her about them for the last yr and telling her she was taking to much. She would have gotten worse and died there. I know that scared her and she really started to see the light. So this added info will give her just a little more of a push to drop some of those others she is on.

Every few months, probably quarterly but at least twice a year, I eat them for a week. I usually consume about 6 to 8 per day (maybe a few more, depending on intuition) ground up in a coffee grinder. If I have the patience I will put them in capsules as I have a manual capsule filling “jig”… but if I’m lazy I wrap the powder in a bit of unscented toilet paper, we it, and swallow it whole 🙂

My sister-in-law’s father (Joe) was put under hospice care one year ago. I figured, that was it, he would die soon. He was pretty bad – smearing feces on walls, didn’t know his own daughters, seemingly lost in dementia. NOT SO.

Hospice took a look at his meds and the stupids (euphemism for Drs.) had him on antidepressants and Aricept among others. They took him off of most of his meds and the real Joe returned. One day he asked the nurse to call his daughter, he wanted to talk to her. Dementia GONE. Now he’s the life of the party. Saw a pic of him, and he looked just like his old self. What a holiday gift, that story was for me. He’s in his early 90’s.

And life, in the short term, will sadly, but likely, get more difficult. But it has to, because nothing else will wake the people up.

The smartest thing the cabal could do IMHO would be to promote a fairly prosperous and stable society, where they take their large cut and stay in control from behind the curtain….and the people would never wake up in large enough numbers to be a threat.

But the cabal won’t do that. They don’t know what it is to be satisfied. They always want more. Their hubris will get them in due course.

The people will, in time, become quite awake, and the cabal will eventually give the order to exterminate.

In my opinion, that will be their end.

There is a bible verse, that says,

A once-in-a-lifetime encounter with a humpback whale in B.C.’s Haro Straight has sparked a stunning viral video – and a warning for boaters.

Jim Maya, owner of Maya’s Westside Whale Watch Charters on San Juan Island, Wash., took a group of whale watchers into Canadian waters earlier this month in hopes they’d catch a glimpse of one of the majestic creatures.

Despite it being a slow year for whale sightings, the group spotted the humpback in the distance, near D’Arcy Island just north of Victoria.

A humpback whale puts on an incredible display for a boat full of whale watchers in Haro Straight near Victoria, B.C. The boat’s captain called the event a “once-in-a-lifetime” experience.

“We were just about ready to break away when it disappeared, so we went dead in the water,” Maya told CTV News. “Then all of a sudden it spyhops right next to the boat, maybe 10 feet off the boat.”

The delighted group of whale watchers could do nothing but watch for more than an hour while the curious creature swam underneath and around the boat while breaching and spyhopping – a whale behaviour similar to treading water.

“You take all those words that people use over and over again that have no meaning after a while like ‘awesome,’ ‘majestic, ‘gentle giant,’ and all of a sudden, they are so apt at that point,” Maya said.

One of the passengers, whale blogger Jeannie Hyde, shot a video of the breathtaking display that has since gone viral, going from thousands of views early Thursday to tens of thousands in a matter of hours.

“I’m taking no end of grief for calling it ‘honey’ and ‘sweetie,’” Maya said. “I’m a hard, bitten salty sea dog of a captain and here I’ve turned into this blubbering sentimentalist.”

Maya said he’s been traversing the waters of the Pacific Ocean since 1965, and has seen his fair share of whales, porpoises and dolphins – but nothing like this.

“I had my daughter call me from California to tell me she was in tears and how lucky we were to experience this,” he said. “It was a gift. It was something that transcends logic. I would love to see that whale again.”

Paul Walker’s Porsche burst into flames in crash, witness says

Witnesses reported seeing a red Porsche carrying “Fast and Furious” actor Paul Walker burning on a Santa Clarita street Saturday, killing the actor and another person.

“It was engulfed in flames. There was nothing. They were trapped,” Antonio Holmes told the Santa Clarita Valley Signal. He added the actor had been at a charity event earlier in the day.

The single-vehicle crash occurred about 3:30 p.m. in the 28300 block of Rye Canyon Loop.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, Sheriff’s Deputy Kim Manatt told The Times. Few details about how the crash occurred were available, but officials were investigating whether speed was a factor.

Holmes said the Porsche appeared to hit a tree and then slam into a light standard.

i have felt full of energy and i apologize to all of you for posting so much but I have been up the last couple of days – just getting over the flu and I have been taking extra C and D, vit k and selenium and morenga..

yes i feel the shaking and wake up or i’m in bed and I definitely feel it – I also am very sensitive to movement in the earth. When I was living in Calif – Santa cruz area and we looked for homes, I would get dizzy going into some homes
because the floors and walls were uneven..

But those 15 earthquakes in TX in the last couple of weeks have affected me – but our house is on top of some heavy duty rocky ground. I am in the hill country which would be the safest to live on.. I feel my bed bounce somewhat but I know how sensitive I am so I try to dismiss it as much as possible…

Was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience….

Last night (early this morning) I was awakened (6:45AM) by the sensation that the bed was being gently shaken (vibration). My first thought…EARTHQUAKE (albeit a mild one). As it was dark in the room, I could not determine if drapes, hanging lights were swinging.

(On a prior EQ experience the drapes and light fixture were both swinging noticeably.)

All sorts of thoughts rushed through my head, but as the quivering did not escalate, I did not jump out of bed and run outside.

This experience lasted perhaps a minute or two.

A few hours later I called a friend who lives a few blocks away to enquire if she noticed anything… no, however she was also awakened at the same time.

Since then have checked online and no earthquakes (even minor ones) were reported for this area.

I’ve also asked a few others if they noticed anything at that time…NO, No, NO…

SOOOOO… I’m now wondering if this was some sort of “energetic upgrade”.

Has anyone else had this type of experience? (recently)?

Below is a Science fair project presented by a girl in a secondary school in Sussex. In it she took filtered water and divided it into two parts.
The first part she heated to boiling in a pan on the stove, and the second part she heated to boiling in a microwave.
Then after cooling she used the water to water two identical plants to see if there would be any difference in the growth between the normal boiled water and the water boiled in a microwave.

I watched some videos i had around on Cancer(The Beautiful Truth) and B17(World without Cancer)and Nullification, The Rightful Remedy.

I sent several of my relatives a combination of these DVD’s and some B17 apricot seeds.. You can eat B17 every day and it will kill all the cancer in your body , including warts which is a form of fungus..

I had bought 2 lbs of them but didn’t start to eat them because they are bitter. If you go to Amazons site and look at the comments under B17 and Apricots you will get some excellent advice on its effectiveness.

It’s like if your curiosity keeps pushing you into a street as a child to see what’s on the other side… you just may get wacked by a car for not paying attention before crossing. Always look both ways before crossing. 😆 I think people like Jim Morrison had the right idea about breaking thru to the other side, but just lost focus. I loved the movie Flatliners because they were trying to peak into the other side. But if you don’t have a guide and you keep peaking… you just never know what will happen. I believe my guardian angels were my guides and helped watch over me. I was never in fear, nor in danger, but that doesn’t mean it’s not there too. I think we all need to strengthen our resolve, our will while here on earth and shouldn’t play around with things we do not understand. For every action there exists a reaction… and so we need to be careful with our desires out of pure curiosity. There is indeed something beautiful to be had when we all leave this classroom we call life. But while we are here we all need to be mindful that there does exist evil… it has it’s part to play too. I can’t explain it past a certain point, since it wasn’t part of my experience or life lesson… but I recognize its existence. At any rate, I feel your experience with seeing the heart was an illustration that you were not living a good life, or you were going down the wrong path at that moment and it was there to illustrate that you most change paths. It may have also been your guardian group that made you turn around to take notice before leaving? They are there to help just as they are always… always around us giving signs, like the 1111 thingy. If you see a 111 or whatever sequence, try verbally thanking them for the clue and look at your current path or direction you are going. I called my NDE a wake up call to my life, since I see the value in it happening. It robbed me of my physical but replaced it with the gift of knowledge and direction. It took something as terrible has smashing into a guardrail at 55 miles an hour at impact to steer me to another path. I was hard-headed, just downright stubborn as all hell and I knew I was going down the wrong path, but didn’t care… and now I do. You are indeed correct with you comment about my size/muscularity keeping me together or helping to soften the blow. All the doctors and there were many involved stated the same exact thing… if it wasn’t for being built, I would have stayed dead! And then I took it upon myself to get deeply into the healing arts and months later after leaving the hospital… when I returned for further surgeries in reconstruction, I was being called the miracle-man! And that is simply the testament too will power, proper nutrition and just the unrelenting desire to get back whatever I could. I will forever have my disabilities… I would never trade them for the life I once had… they are my gift to keep me grounded and to remind me to thank God for being alive again. We were once very friendly here… I am not sure what happened, who’s to blame, or why it happened… But I am done with it… and apologize for whatever part I played in it all. I have nothing more to say or offer… just my apologies.

Going back to that time and spending time reading through all the posts… man there was such a great flow to things… even when HopeSpring and Merek… or Hope and whomever were going at it… it was good enough that we came at that time to be apart of what this great blog has to offer.. despite it all. And even Caleb and I were on the same page… I lay down my sword to all that I have had a spat or 2 with… no time for any of it at this point. 😕

I am going to lurk more than comment… I have things that need improvement and it’s in the self-help category. 😉

I hope to go this week and see her and find out for myself. My sister has been giving me daily updates but I just need to see her. It’s a long drive but I go as often as I can. I’d hate my birthday to be spent as hers will be. This is the beginning of week 6 with absolutely no food by mouth. Only that darn liquid stuff going into her blood stream. It will be a happy day when she can even take broth by mouth.

Her birthday is Monday. What a crappy way to spend one’s birthday 🙁

When I search on startpage I have to sometimes put in a different word or when the links come up I go to the second page to find what I need.

I have found that startpage has it but it is further down the page with them… I think it is googles way of screwing with startpage. This is what these bad guys do – they know people want it all there on the first page so they must send it out in a different order depending on the search page.

But that is just my opinion – so I don’t use google, ever unless there is a choice..

I detest google but they do have the most comprehensive search engine on the web, so I use it often. Unfortunately, they are my email carrier too. So many people all over the globe have my email and I hesitate to change it and be unavailable to those who need to be in contact with me…………..
