Greetings, Benjamin Fulford.

Here’s the latest violator of your re-post agreement.

No freedog, you haven’t done anything wrong. The ones that Ben is referring to, are those who copy the whole article and post it on other websites on the same day he publishes it(normally on Mondays). He just wants people to wait until the following Thursday to do that, so it gives his regular subscribers the opportunity to read the article first.

well, I pay for is mine to do whatever I want with it (like any other product that I pay for)- 3D mentality.

5d mentality – I think we are here to awaken mankind even if they pay, or not, or have money to pay, or take advantage of the writer time, …
As a paying subscriber, I an not offended to read the whole article somewhere else (even if they paid or not for it).
I will still pay my monthly fee, just to support the writer and I guess that’s the bottom line.

I have not posted anything. I have occasionally cut and pasted a link to a YouTube video for someone else to view But as far as I know I have never directly copied something from this website except I occasionally copy some of the linked articles to a folder in order to read again or refer
back to them later. However, if I am mistaken and this is an illegal practice I will cease and desist at once. Please advise me in this.

Dear Ben,

God-given irrevocable rights in the American Constitutional Republic with a framework of just laws was the dream that became a reality. It was a unique light to the world, but has been nearly extinguished now by powers so far unchecked. Truth via the Internet has been a very effective weapon that is only now turning the tide.

There exists during threatening times (war, etc) a matter of priority in principle and in law. It is sometimes referred to as “mitigating circumstance” where a greater principle or purpose overrides a lesser one.

Many people active in the alternative media consider that circumstance as being a present reality. They see humanity looking forward to the real possibility of a future “black hole” NWO existence. A time when ALL HUMAN RIGHTS are suspended indefinitely. The “Patriot Act” is a preview of this agenda.

Until the threat is removed, this effort needs to be a priority in principle above all else. If the enemy prevails, basic human rights we now enjoy let alone rights to intellectual property (or other legal refinements) could all be abolished by force of tyranny.

Ben is correct in protecting his needed subscription income, and is quite capable of dealing with such legal issues on his own. His update was a legal message to all concerned, not a call to arms for trolls, or even regulars on the blog to be critics.

We can do more harm than good by alienating decent people based on personal opinion. If we allow colleagues in the battle for truth such as sitsshow the dignity to work this out with Ben themselves it will avoid all this infighting and “bad Karma”. Such wasted energy used to bash fellow truthers can be better used in promoting truths that we are all concerned about.

Spoken like someone who generates no original content, does not deal with piracy issues around their non-existent original content, pays nothing in global trademark fees annually to protect their non-existent content, yet feels any content they subscribe to is then theirs free and clear to re-distribute.

Fortunately, we do have trademark laws and fortunately they do indeed have the ability to protect creators who follow the procedures properly.

Scientific Studies Show Nature Can Boost Your Energy, Happiness, Creativity, Memory, and Self-Esteem–
————
Sunday, July 19, 2015 12:51
“All those who love Nature she loves in return, and
will richly reward you with bright and happy thoughts, contentment and peace of mind.” ~John Lubbock

Nature can be a powerful healing force for all of us,
only if we realize it and harness it for our own benefit.

According to recent scientific studies, spending time in nature can help boost our energy, happiness, creativity, memory and even self-esteem.

Unfortunately, most people in the Western world spend most
of their time sitting inside a building, and they rarely
go in the countryside to enjoy nature and receive all of
the amazing physical and psychological benefits it has to offer.

Paul Craig Roberts: The True Motive Behind The Iran Nuclear Treaty–
——–
Sunday, July 19, 2015 12:34
All that the agreement with Iran means is that Washington has belatedly realized that the concocted Iranian and Muslim threats are using up time, energy, and resources that Washington needs to apply to Russia and China. –

The U.S. has wasted $6 trillion, thousands of U.S. lives and 100,000’s of innocent Muslim civilian lives on George W. Bush’s “war on terr-uh.”

Obama rode into the White House on promises to end the insanity and illegal war of the previous administration. Instead, Obama has escalated and intensified every aspect of the United States’ attempt at global hegemony.

Thus, as Dr. Paul Craig Roberts brilliantly lays out, the real reason for Washington’s deal with Iran was to enable the Department of Defense to— re-direct resources and taxpayer money toward its attempt to subjugate Russian and China.

This essay by Dr. Roberts sheds brilliant insight on the real reasons behind the Obama administration’s nuclear agreement with Iran, not the least of which is an attempt make Iran’s oil freely available to Europe and reduce Europe’s dependence on Russian energy.

He also delineates the true reason for United States’ influence on keeping Greece in the EU.
One of the reasons that Greece has to be destroyed is to block the entry of Russian natural gas into Europe from
the Russian pipeline into Turkey.

Washington has US troops in Ukraine training the Ukrainian military how to subdue the break-away provinces, and the stooge Ukrainian government has taken no steps to comply with the Minsk Agreement.

Clearly Washington intends that peace is not in the cards in Ukrainian-Russian relations.

I agree with you. Sure you can give everything you own to the world but you do not have the right to give away what belongs to another person. It simply is not yours to give.

Some years ago, Ben told us that a guy in the Japanese police or security forces saved his life by giving him warning of some imminent danger. When you act against the cabal, the first thing they do is deprive you of a living. The man was sacked and become unemployable. So Ben gave him a job and the subscription fees help to pay this man wages. So sittshow has not only been taking away Ben’s livelihood, he is also stealing from Ben employees.

No matter how you dice and splice it, you cannot justify depriving Ben’s ability to support himself, his family and his employees

Cafe’,

As someone who has made a living in the past as a write and hopes to again–whenever I get my book edited and out there–I support intellectual property rights. Despite what some may feel, writing is not effortless, good writing takes time, precision and a lot of editing.

Just because what writers do is not comprised of metals, plastics, glass or other “materials” that can be felt doesn’t mean that it doesn’t have value. The same holds true of music. I do agree that there should be some “fair use” provisions for students and others that want to cite a writer’s work as an origination point, or as corroboration for something, but, in the end, it is the writer’s work and if writers aren’t compensated in some fashion, they will cease to write, because they cannot afford to.

Organizations like Huffington Post who made millions without rewarding the writers have ruined the situation for everybody.

Justin and Julian: I for one appreciate your willingness to allow a compromise for the greater good. I don’t doubt the injustices being done in the name of intellectual property rights. The movie and music industries are ample proof of that. As usual the corporate world leads in lawless behavior and in ignoring the Constitution. These are not the best of times for those of us expecting a return to its sound principles. Best Regards, Bill

Finding out that another site could just steal Ben’s work every week was not really a big surprise, it is the internet, the www. I am very relieved that this problem has been resolved. I appreciate Ben’s work, that is what this is, his work, his efforts to better the world, and his risks to his welfare are probably more than I can fathom. Although I live on a fixed and limited income I pay the fee, and look forward to his blog every week, and also look forward to the comments. There is a wealth of information, and I want to know what is happening in the world. Kudos to Ben, Ben do you know how much we appreciate you?!

Response to Benjamin Fulford, and all concerned:

After carefully reviewing our actions, the merits of Intellectual Property, and our commitment to honor the Truth and the rights of others, we have conditionally accepted Ben’s request to withhold posting the full article until 3 days have past. But we do not understand or acknowledge any claim of ownership which seeks to prevent others from using information freely.

We pay for a subscription to support Ben’s work, and encourage others to as well. But it is our conclusion, based on a great deal of research, analysis and observation, that Intellectual Property rights are a deceptive fraud, and a misrepresentation of the Truth. That they are an aspect of the Tyrannical Babylonian Money Magic systems and codified into modern legal statutes dating back to Roman Civil Law.

To support our conclusion, we have produced the following article which I encourage all who are interested in riding the world of Tyranny, and bring about an age of honorable freedom, to read. We do acknowledge that it takes energy to produce these updates and any creative working, and the honorable thing to do is return energy in kind. However, this does not also make Intellectual Property Statutes legitimate or Lawful.

It is our hope that this controversy will shed light on this aspect of the ‘Matrix of Control’ which has hindered life as we know it for thousands of years. Here is a link to the article:

The sort of infighting seen in this weeks comments will give aid and comfort to the CIA and other trolls who frequent this sight. Ben has done his best to avoid it and he’s been very tolerant of the many comments and viewpoints unrelated to his report for that very reason. If we balk at such reasonable demands from one of our own, what sort of support do we offer to this important cause, and what is the truth really worth to us?

The terms that Ben requires of those wanting to use his report on their site are quite reasonable and workable. There is only a three day delay required for other sites to mirror his report, so that still provides them with readership of the vast majority of visitors that don’t pay the eight dollar per month subscription fee. It is very much a win-win situation aside from the privilege had of serving humanity.

From my understanding, it is still acceptable to post the free unpaid intro posted on Monday by Ben, or something similar if Ben agrees. You will not only advance your own site, but will also serve as an advertisement for Ben’s subscriptions. It will prevent others from stealing Ben’s thunder until Thursdays and extend his subscriptions to keep him afloat. Since all further posting is now delayed ’til Thursday, no one but Ben will scoop you on it.

mozart

I’ve just now (12:30, PDT) logged onto Justin’s site and he has trimmed down his post of Ben’s July 13th post to a blurb, followed by links to Ben’s site.

This matter looks like that it has been resolved.

trueblue2k2
trueblue2k2

Subscribers who have held to the plausible viewpoint that mirroring Ben’s weekly report early was acceptable to him have now been informed otherwise. Ben has in the past exercised patience and restraint in protecting his intellectual property rights. He has done so in the best interests of the unique and vital truths that he provides.

No one likes to feel targeted publicly by an accusation of wrongdoing. It can spark a defense of the person’s character even when harm was not intended by either party. Such notice is required as one of the realities of a legal system that is focused on litigation rather than mediation. Failure to provide such notice in no uncertain terms can compromise any needful further action.

Others may only blog as a hobby or be purely altruistic and have no interest other than to spread the word, so his recent notice was a necessary clarification. It is now also clear that Ben relies on subscription income in order to continue his work, and few of us would want to compromise that. It would like killing the goose that lays the golden eggs. Would any of us here (including sitsshow) really want to do anything to undermine Ben’s weekly geo-political news report?

I propose that we all stand down from further polarizing this issue since it is harmful to the important cause of truth. It should be possible to self-mediate this situation, and even still be do-able to create a win-win solution. I am going to break my post here and begin another one on that subject shortly.

Complete and utter disrespect for other human beings. Complete lack of respect of any kind.

Speaking civil does not lessen the concern that these people have no common sense.

They are like leeches. They crawl and suck blood. They only stop sucking as it is their nature when removed. A cigarette burn or a pinch of salt does the trick.

This is like child rearing. We should not be required to teach adults true responsible adult behavior. However this is a case where it must be done and must be taken seriously. You go in to a situation and the side doing the offense does not see it as an offense. Then we need educate in no uncertain terms what is the offense and the exact actions that can and will be taken. This means attorneys and playing by the Banisters/Banksters rules. I really detest this.

So be it. The high road is actually pray for them and pray for guidance to deal with them. If our prayers are true then guidance for action will come and once followed we will get a response.

Now there are methods of blocking that site from obtaining the content. Their domain can be blocked and their login suspended. Then watching any future logins to see which logins most recently logged in and when.

Additionally Filters need be put on the RSS feed of this site. The other site needs filtered out to prevent any feed information from being garnered via the RSS feed.

I know I use the RSS feed.

A tighter login system with two factor security would be necessary next.

17 U.S. Code § 107 – Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use

Current through Pub. L. 114-19. (See Public Laws for the current Congress.)

US Code
Notes

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include—
(1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
(2) the nature of the copyrighted work;
(3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and
(4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors.

Sitsshow’s claim of Fair Use is not valid on any of these 4 points.

1. Ads on their site makes it commercial.
2. The nature of Ben’s report is that it is time sensitive news.
3. Posting the whole report is not fair use.
4. Posting Ben’s report affects the market value of his report.

All of shitshow’s excuses do not alter the fact it is theft, pure and simple.

In the current situation where we have all these carpetbaggers jumping in to profit from the change and confusion, we need to be alert to them and call them when we see them.

I like to think of how writer Harlan Ellison handles anyone who screws with his words. Do a google search on how he nailed others on copyright infringement when in the early days of the internet someone was cut and pasting entire stories of his in newsgroups. It seems to me that Ben puts his neck on the chopping block pretty regularly to give us a closer inside view of world events….certainly something MOST of humanity is not getting.

He charges almost nothing for his service. Seems that the least we can do, REGARDLESS OF THE LAW, is wait the required 4 days to repost his information….for free elsewhere.

The solution is in Ben’s message to sitsshow.blogspot.

One like it should also go to hipknowsys.blogspot who have published the full text every week as long as I have been a paying member.

I am willing, just like jujubean, to pay the $8 because I want to have access to all of our comments.

I have a friend who is as poor as I am who isn’t as curious as I am who uses hipknowsys but thinks their comment section is disgusting and so ignores it.

As for the flowery responses jubba has gotten back with his dialogue with sitsshow, the crime that sitsshow is committing could, indeed, cause harm.

I think even my friend would understand that and be willing to wait until Thursday to read the report.

Just an idea.
Years ago, some spy novels promoted the idea of this “canary trap”
Very simply put, in an article of, say 1,000 words, there will be a thousand versions just by making a slight spelling error in each of the word in the article.
There are now software that can send out a single variation version of this article to each of these 1,000 subscriber.
Which subscriber that leaks out the article can immediately be identified by the party that sends out the article as the software can trace from the article dispatch record.
Ben needs only change his article delivery method through emailing the weekly article indivudually to each of his 1,000 subscribers.

The realities of natural law and the primacy of information can not be dismissed by the whim of anyone. Nor do we make these statements as some excuse to gain some selfish advantage.

Ben can charge for his updates as much as he likes. that doesn’t mean he can prevent others from sharing the data. His notice to readers is a request not a obligation. I think its fairly obvious that this is the case, or you and I would not be having this discussion.

Stealing? No. Sharing? Yes.

Our action, rational and methods are a reflection of a great deal of research, observation and contemplation. We know where we are going, how we are getting there and who is affected. Your conclusion that we have stolen the information is erroneous.

We will not remove Ben’s data from our site, nor have we harmed Ben, or even violated the fallacious copyright laws you presume to weld in his favor. It is a misconception to think Ben owns this material, meaning he can prevent others from sharing it; that is a fallacy of intellectual copyright, which similarly requires an explicit statement of consent, from us, to be honorable; which we do not consent or acknowledge as valid or honorable.

As for supporting Ben, we encourage others to do so with our notice at the end of the update to purchase a subscription. And we also disclose that any presumption of consent of intellectual propriety is rebutted by the notice at the bottom of all SITS pages. Here is that wording for your elucidation:

All data is freely available to the ALL, as an inherent inalienable right of consciousness and existence, for the use of any being in creation. No Claim of Ownership is made by SITS, for any data presented on this page or elsewhere.

Any information, writing, photographs, videos or content on this page is freely available to ALL without claim of Intellectual Ownership. We advise providing attribution to this website (Stillness in the Storm) when, and if, data herein presented is used elsewhere; so as to remain honest, transparent and to maintain the public trust as to where the information was found.

Any and All data herein presented has been re-claimed for the collective benefit of all sentient life from any and all parties who seek to limit its dissemination. Any claims of intellectual ownership or copyright, that were once ascribed to content on this page, or elsewhere, is NULL and VOID; as a result of a misrepresentation of right of ownership and breach of trust by any party whom presumes to claim title and exclusive right of use.

No requests, threats, or notices which seek to limit the sharing information for the benefit of ALL will be honored. However, a humble request to provide information in a certain way or form will be considered, up to and including, the partial removal of data, and only as an agreement between 2 honorable parties whom fully disclose and honor a moral duty to the truth.

Issued pursuant to and governed by I AM, eternal essence, in body. SITS is a humble messenger of the One Infinite and Absolute Creator, in service of the Truth and the ALL.”

Sorry – in any case we post only with a suggestion to subscribe to your reports and only to people intelligent or illuminated enough to understand what is all this circus about.
