Siggi, Isn’t spelt flour an old world wheat, before it was messed with? It has gluten but doesn’t have other (?) parts that set off our digestive tract. The purer we eat, the more sensitive we become. It is like instant karma if we give in and eat a grocery store sweet, speaking from my own experience.
