Pentagon seeks ‘actors’ for realistic mass slaughter simulations — including children

The Pentagon’s DARPA is actively seeking contractors to create the most realistic mass-casualty simulation imaginable.

Beyond advanced mannequins that breathe and bleed, the agency explicitly demands live actors — including children — to portray victims. They must realistically simulate not only severe physical injuries (burns, amputations, chemical and radiological contamination), but also behavioral states: panic, aggression, shock and unconsciousness.

Here’s what you should know about this new program MASCAL (Mass Casualty):

The project is overseen by Dr. Jeremy Pamplin who previously ran TATRC at Fort Detrick — the military biolab infamous for anthrax leaks. The same team that team developed an app for remote diagnostics during the Covid pandemic is now training the US military to triage mutilated civilians, including children.

They want simulations that can handle 50 to 200+ victims simultaneously for up to 72 hours — extremely large-scale and long-duration drills.

Key focus areas beyond physical injuries include behavioral realism, high-end moulage (special effects makeup) for burns, traumatic amputations, blast injuries, chemical/radiological contamination, and integration of AR/VR/Mixed Reality to enhance the simulation.

MASCAL is not a big funded program yet — it’s only an RFI (Request for Information), meaning DARPA is basically “shopping around” to see what industry can deliver. But in May 2025, DARPA issued a similar RFI looking for advanced outbreak simulators that model not only virus spread, but also the effectiveness of lockdowns, mass vaccination and communication strategies.

The new normal? Critics argue that the Pentagon is getting ready for a hybrid scenario — a major outbreak that collapses civilian healthcare and forces military triage on city streets.

The Maps They Drew Before the Continents Separated – Someone Was Here First

In 1929, a German theologian pulled a rolled piece of gazelle skin from the shelves of the Topkapi Palace library in Istanbul. It had been sitting there, forgotten, for over 400 years.

The map on that skin showed the western coast of Africa in stunning detail. The eastern coastline of South America with impossible precision. And at the bottom
– a landmass that wouldn’t be officially discovered for another 300 years.

Antarctica. Not the frozen surface. The coastline beneath the ice.
The kind of detail that wasn’t confirmed by modern science until 1958, when when seismic equipment finally mapped what was hiding under two miles of glacial ice.
The map was drawn in 1513 by Ottoman admiral Piri Reis. When the United States Air Force examined it in 1960, their conclusion was unambiguous – someone had mapped Antarctica before the ice covered it.

That’s not the only one. The Oronteus Finaeus map of 1531 showed Antarctica as two separate landmasses. Science confirmed that detail in 1958. The Hadji Ahmed Map of 1559 depicted the Bering land bridge – submerged 11,000 years when the glaciers melted

Each map can be explained away in isolation. Together, they form a pattern that points in one direction – toward a source of geographical knowledge that predates every civilization in our accepted timeline.
Someone was here first. They mapped this planet. And the only records they left behind were copied onto gazelle skin by people who didn’t fully understand what they were preserving.
