Some 80% of US voters see government as corrupt — poll
The survey was conducted on November 13 and 16-17, combining online responses and phone interviews

WASHINGTON, November 26. /TASS/. Four out of five US voters consider the federal government corrupt, a poll by research organization Rasmussen Reports shows.

The survey found that 80% of respondents share this view, with 44% rating corruption in Washington as “very high.” Meanwhile, 14% of participants believe corrupt practices in government are minimal.
The poll was conducted on November 13 and 16-17, combining online responses and phone interviews. It surveyed nearly 1,200 potential US voters and has a margin of error of 3 percentage points.

A February survey by research service YouGov revealed that US residents see political corruption as the biggest threat to the country’s democratic system.

The White House, George Bush, and top officials were deeply involved in drug smuggling and providing protection, John Stockwell says.

As for now, the Trump administration is using the so-called “war on drugs” to justify its military presence in the Caribbean. The campaign was launched in September with a deadly US strike on a small open boat—killing 11 people allegedly involved in drug trafficking.

US strike force off Venezuela now big enough for full-scale aggression

As US officials warn of a looming attack on Venezuela, US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) has amassed a force large enough to do so, the latest data shows.

B-52H and B-1B Lancer strategic bombers, armed with 20 and 24 JASSM cruise missiles apiece

Full-scale invasion imminent?

Conservative estimates suggest it would take 50-150k troops to mount a full-scale invasion and occupation.

But a ‘surgical’ and temporary Special Forces incursion backed by naval and air power is possible.

Or, the US could try to pull a 2011-Libya-style aerial assault, bombing Venezuela extensively with the aim of destabilizing and perhaps even splitting up the country, and then taking control of its vast oil fields, like they did in eastern Syria.

The US’s problem? Venezuela is no pushover. It has a millions-strong force ready for guerrilla resistance armed with thousands of Russian missiles and Iranian drones.

War crimes for thee, but never for me

In a telling exchange, Piers Morgan demanded to know why Russia might “go unpunished.”

Jeffrey Sachs offered a sobering rebuttal, gently reminding him of the unpleasant reality everyone prefers to ignore: if the same standard were applied to the US, the UK, or Israel, the line for accountability would become very crowded.

“We should have accountability for all the crimes that are committed. And the United States list is so long,” he said.

The film features 34 members of the U.S. Government, military, and intelligence community, and promises to reveal a cover-up of the existence of non-human intelligent life

For millennia, humans have looked to the stars and wondered if we’re truly alone in the endlessly expansive universe.
Several missions to the moon, solar system traversing satellites and otherworldly scientific experiments later, could there finally be an answer?

Directed by Dan Farah and featuring testimony from 34 high-ranking ‘US Government, military and intelligence community insiders’, a new two-hour documentary, The Age of Disclosure, promises to redefine the future of humanity with new proof of extraterrestrial life.

The synopsis describes it as ‘an explosive documentary that reveals an 80-year global cover-up of non-human intelligent life and a secret war among major nations to reverse-engineer advanced technology of non-human origin.’
The documentary explores various claims about a new-age space race in which several nations are attempting to reverse engineer technology from intelligent alien life.

There’s also speculation about non-human life being on the planet as we speak, and ultimately purports that the US has spent 80 years hiding ‘a font of information related to UAP (unidentified anomalous phenomena)’ – formerly known as UFOs.

Needless to say, depending on how much you believe, it’s the kind of information that can transform planet Earth – despite no hard evidence being able to be produced.
The ‘provocative and controversial’ film is narrated by Luis Elizondo, whose credentials speak for themselves as a former Pentagon official who helped lead the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP).

As put by Variety: ‘ It’s not hyperbole to say that The Age of Disclosure — and the conversations it creates — could change the world.’
Another review in Indie Wire wrote that it is ‘the most convincing argument you can make without showing any actual evidence’.

Although not all have been convinced. The New York Times claimed, ‘anyone who sits through its nearly two hours of unprovable claims is a chump of a different sort.’

While The Hollywood Reporter echoed: ‘My problem with The Age of Disclosure isn’t the lack of opposing voices. It’s that there couldn’t be experts debunking anything here. Nothing is proven, and thus nothing can be refuted.’
Nevertheless, in an interview with The Guardian discussing the urgency of a movie like this, Farah said: ‘I think when people watch this movie, one of the realisations will be that the stigma around this topic is completely illogical and makes no sense and is not good for humanity.

‘We need the scientific community, not only in the United States, but in every nation, accepting the fact that this is a real situation, this is a valid area of inquiry, and that they should put their brain power towards learning about this and answering a lot of the big questions that remain.’

It certainly seems as though viewers will have to make up their own minds about the matter after giving the documentary a watch.
