A legal row erupted over her multi-million-pound estate after Virginia – one of the most prominent victims of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein – killed herself in April without leaving a formal will.
Virginia is thought to have amassed an estimated £16.5million ($22million) fortune through victim compensation funds and civil lawsuit settlements.
They are all related to the years of abuse she suffered at the hands of Epstein.
It also includes the widely reported £12million ($16million) out-of-court settlement that Andrew paid after Virginia accused him of sexually abusing him.
She claimed billionaire Epstein sex trafficked her to the former Prince on three separate occasions — twice when she was 17.
Andrew has always denied any allegations of wrongdoing – and is thought to have settled the case with no admission of liability.
Virginia was also paid £375,000 by Prince Andrew’s paedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein in a 2009 out-of-court settlement.
But court documents filed in a legal battle over her fortune in Australia value her estate at just £233,000.
They show Virginia’s multi-million-pound estate was made of multiple assets from her business, jewellery, cars, a horse, and personal items recovered at the farm near Perth – where she took her own life.

Japan and US refused to join EU’s program on stealing Russian assets
BRUSSELS — Japan has rebuffed the EU’s offer to join its plan to use frozen Russian state assets to fund Ukraine — dashing the bloc’s hopes of securing global support for the initiative.
During a meeting of G7 finance ministers on Monday, Tokyo poured cold water on a request by Brussels to copy its plans to send Ukraine the cash value of Russian sovereign assets held in Belgian bank Euroclear.
Japan signaled it is unable to use around $30 billion worth of Russian frozen assets held on its soil to issue a loan to Ukraine, two EU diplomats briefed on the discussions told POLITICO.
The European Commission wants EU capitals to strike a deal on using up to €210 billion in sanctioned cash before a leaders’ summit on Dec. 18. Belgium, however, is resisting over fears it will be on the hook to repay the full amount if Russia claws back the money.
One of its demands is that other G7 countries beyond the EU issue a loan to Ukraine using the Russian frozen assets that they hold domestically.
Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever has insisted that greater participation by G7 allies will reduce the risk of Russia retaliating solely against Belgium.
However, the U.S. and Japan have refused to join Brussels’ scheme — leaving the EU to bear the brunt of Ukraine’s future financing needs alone.

That led a few of its small-dollar donors to ask for their money back, one of the sources said. Erika Kirk runs the nationwide conservative college student organization co-founded by her late husband, Charlie Kirk.
Last week, Blake Neff, a producer on “The Charlie Kirk Show” podcast disputed “claims of financial impropriety and fraud at Turning Point adding up into the millions of dollars — which, again, is not true.”
“Charlie made sure the organization was audited by a third party every year,” Neff said. “He personally reviewed, and he signed off on every expense report and literally every single bill paid by the organization — down to a single United States dollar. We have never missed a 990 deadline.” Form 990 is the federal tax form completed by tax-exempt organizations like Turning Point USA.
The letter from the Treasury Department was written in response to a request for information from Erika Kirk last Wednesday.
The letter said none of the four tax-exempt entities Kirk now runs — Turning Point USA Inc., Turning Point Action Inc., Turning Point Endowment Inc., or America’s Turning Point Inc. — are being examined by or are under investigation by the IRS, and all of the entities “submitted on time” all their 990 forms to the IRS this year. Contents of the letter were shared with CBS News.
