Although Ben is back in action and recording live, he is still in Canada, the equipment that he has there differs from what he uses in Japan. The internet is also quite spotty, so the quality is not great.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will look to find ways to make next weeks video better. For now we thank you for your patience.

As with the weekly newsletters, we will also allow these Q&A videos to be released for free on Thursdays under the same guidelines as the newsletter.
