Dean Henderson is a good journalist whose writings I have often encountered.  SERCO has also come onto my radar screen before.  However, I am pretty sure the people who want to kill 90% (or 70%) of the world’s population are the Nazi faction of the ruling bloodlines.  Some British royals (like Charles) may have been in this faction, but I believe the Queen and many close to her (based on public records) were promoting a carbon tax as a non-genocidal way to “save the environment.”
